Utilizing STM32N6 to achieve new levels of performance in industrial and consumer applications

STM32N6 is based on Arm operating at a frequency of 800 MHz ®  Cortex ®- The M55 processor is a CPU that introduces Arm Helium vector processing technology, adding DSP processing capabilities to standard CPUs.

STM32N6 is the first self-developed neural processing unit (NPU) embedded with STMicroelectronics - ST Neural ART accelerator ™ The STM32 MCU is designed specifically for energy-efficient edge AI applications. Its clock frequency is as high as 1 GHz, and its computing performance can reach 600 GOPS, providing real-time neural network inference capabilities for computer vision and audio applications.

Equipped with MIPI CSI-2 interface and dedicated computer vision processing pipeline for image signal processing (ISP), ensuring compatibility with multiple types of cameras. STM32N6 also features H264 hardware encoder and NeoChrom ™ Graphics accelerator, suitable for feature rich product development.

It provides 4.2 MB of continuous embedded RAM, making it an ideal choice for neural networks or graphics applications, complemented by high-speed external memory interfaces (hex SPI, OCTOSPI, FMC).

STM32N6 has advanced security features and aims to pass SESIP Level 3 and PSA Level 3 certifications, meeting security standards.

It offers six different packaging options, with pin numbers ranging from 169 to 264 and spacing ranging from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. It supports ambient temperatures up to 125 ° C and is suitable for harsh application environments.
