1, What is your line card?
A: ADI, NXP, TI, ON, FREESCALE, FAIRCHILD, ATMEL, Linear, Maxim...Other brands are also available.
 
2, What kinds of products do you support? 
A: IC, Resistor, Capacitor, Module, LCD, LED, OLED, Connector, Relay, Switch, Fan, Power supply, Server, Motors, Sensor , Laser, Inverter etc...
 
3, What is your payment terms? 
A: TT in advance, Paypal, Western Union, Escrow. For TT in advance, we support USD through HSBC Hong Kong, and RMB through our domestic bank.
 
4, What is your delivery terms? 
A: Usually our delivery term is Ex-w.
 
5, What is your delivery method? 
A: We can ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, Aramex, GIA, Changwoo...
 
6, Where is your office? 
A: Our company is registered in Hong Kong. And we also have Shenzhen branch office as purchase team and warehouse, and Wuhan branch office as sales office.
 
7, Do you have your own stock? May I have your stock list?
A: Yes, we have our own stock. Our Warehouse is in Shenzhen. So goods will be shipped out from Shenzhen. About our warehouse goods, it will be shipped out the second day morning after payment received successfully. And tracking number will be sent to your email the second day morning. Please check our Download section about stock list.
 
8, What is your working time and contacts? 
Working time is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6pm. Tel:  852-30697192; Fax: 852-30697193. About email please check contact us section.
 
9, Can you provide pictures and date code for all of products? 
For pictures, they will be available before shipment. Most parts we can have date code when send quotations to customers. But some parts ordered from agent may not have the date code until we receive goods from agent. We can send you pictures before shipment to check.
 
10, what is your MOQ? 
About goods in our own stock, there is no MOQ required. But some parts are ordered from agent, if there is MOQ required, we will include it in our quotations.
 
11, What is your warranty time and how to make replacement and refund? 
All parts are with 60 days warranty. 
If received goods is defective or negative, please inform us within 3 days. 
All the replacement or refund need to provide test report or cerfitication from third party.  All the goods must be returned in their original conditions to require for replacement or refund.
